The intention is the additional parameter are being replace in the tweets text,
and if not found - added

Can you write up a couple of example input messages and output tweets?

I've been wanting to do something like this myself but couldn't figure out a sane UX (not given it that much thought though)

As tweet formats are currently temperamental, i've added ability to delete tweets to the list.

@teresko any luck with the above request ^ ?
