trigger refresh manually

Hi Ronny, this is not really an issue. But am wondering if there is a way to trigger the refreshing event manually! After clicking NOTE_ACCEPT/NOTE_DECLINE some DB Updates are done (ex. set the message as marked) and the count of the messages will not be accurate anymore. I want to refresh on the icon without reloading the page Best Regards
