rtp y location wrong

Plugin Version: Use "/rtp version" 3.6.13

Describe The Bug: rtp is teleported to y120s when i have it set to 80 max

How To Reproduce: Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Type '/rtp' -->
2. Click on 'choose a world with the addon' -->
3. Add this to 'then is tps your xsonso y120s zsonso' -->

Expected Behavior: Expected it to tp me a safe spot around y80 -->
