Incorrect values in worlds

Plugin Version: 3.6.9-1

Describe The Bug: First problem: some worlds are set to the value from the DEFAULT world instead of the Custom world.

Second problem: I think this problem also occurs with location, where location is set for all worlds if UseLocationIfAvailable is enabled.

Third problem: if I set world radius with a command, it changes in the rtp info, but after a reboot the default value is set again.
