Ok, after a restart, Policies are present in `HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Policies\Romanitho\Winget-AutoUpdate` AND `HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Romanitho\Winget-AutoUpdate`. So no issue on my side, just had to wait a bit.
