thinking about future MSI installation: WAU install log could be merged to the update.log (as WAU could be integrated to winget pkgs soon 😅). So the main log would be created before serviceui execution on first install. Just an idea

Computers can be enrolled by Intune anytime, that's why I implemented the check in Winget-Upgrade.ps1...
