The PowerShell scripts should be signed.

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Many Windows system have enforced PowerShell script signing for security reasons.

Additional information

Since EV certificates are very expensive, I would suggest using a free developer certificate so the user manually installs it to get the same effect for free.
