Prevent Simple translate extension to translate

Describe the bug Prevent the Simple Translate extension to popup the translation when needed.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Select a text on a webpage and clic the button to translate. No translation appears.

Expected behavior The extension provide a balloon with the translation of selected text.
