When available in the branch name, what about referencing the Jira ticket number in the commit message as well?

what about allowing user to specify his own format via config or template file or whatever? What do you think? Thus you can specify explicitly jira ticket, branch, horoscope, mood and any other wanted and unwanted prefixes
