Add more entrance (like BQ)

When we activate "Decouples entrance", add an option to add single entrance random like Gerudo Valley to Lake Add fortress interior entrances Add dungeon boss entrance Sun song and death warp like BQ

Maybe add GC entrance (Suggestion #9 ) but add end trial entrance too (like BQ)

• Gerudo Valley -> Lake has been high on my todo list and will probably happen very soon.
• Fortress interior entrances is not a priority but it will probably end up being another level in the "Interiors" setting.
• Boss entrances is planned and should happen soon hopefully.
• Sun's song and Death warps isn't really planned so it will at least be a while before it happens.
• GC entrance will definitely happen but not sure about other entrances inside castle/tower, I'll have to think about the potential consequences and see if it can be done properly.

Version 5.1.39 R-3 (7b46783f580b6cb826a2d96d450f76178605e784) adds the Valley -> Lake entrance in the overworld entrance pool when entrances are decoupled. It's not an option but I think it makes sense for it to be default behavior so I'll probably leave that way.
