[Feature request]: file upload scalar

hello , i got this repo https://github.com/jaydenseric/graphql-upload which provide an ability to create a custom Upload scalar with a custom middleware like Express & Koa . However i couldn't make it success with this provider , is there some one of the community success to create work ?
