Different windows, different presets

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I tried to open two popout windows and use a preset that only shows superchats on the first window, and then [EN] translations on the second window. The problem is that they just sync with each other whenever I change the filters.

Describe the solution you'd like It'd be dope if we could use separate presets for different popout windows.
