Add option to make a sound on update

I was thinking it might be an interesting idea to have the option to play a ding (or any sound) when a new filtered chat is added (assuming this is not to difficult to add).

For example: I will often be watching a stream while doing something else and keep checking back to see if there any more translations (since some streams only have one translation every few minutes at best). It would be nice to have ytcFilter make a sound to notify me when there is a new translation.

It should be possible. I will probably need to find the proper permission for extension to have it. Then this settings could be either by filter, or for the video when a message get captured. I'm not sure yet which one is more relevant to you.

I was thinking probably by video (or channel). If it was by filter, and you use the same filters on a lot of channels, it could get annoying on channels that do get a lot of live translations.

For example, if you're watching Matsuri who doesn't get tons of live translations the alert would be helpful, but if you are then watching Watame who does get a lot of live translation it could start to get annoying.

In that case, a bell icon in the top bar should do the job.

Just thinking, but aside of sound, what about desktop notifications?

A bell sound great. Maybe if the notification happened for the first message, or first after a set amount of time? (Otherwise if you could potentially end up flooded with notifications.)
