Hi RomRider,

please add support for binary sensors like history graph. The original HA history-graph does not offer the possibility to set the color, invert the values and hide status values.

Thank you!

It is already possible, please read the documentation, especially this section

Hi RomRider, thank you for your answer. Can you please send me an example code of the following diagram? diagramm (Geschlossen = fallse, Offen = true) Thank you!

Horizontal bar charts is not possible with this card, at least not for now. I might consider it for the future.

Thanx. That's a shame to hear. Exactly this bar chart was missing in the mini-graph-card and I was hoping to solve the problem with your custom card.

I would love to see this too, like this demo. It seems like support for rangeBar would solve both this issue and #137. I know there is some binary sensor support using transforms but I'm interested in this kind of visualisation.

My attempt at keeping this request alive. If there are any workaround using card-mod (for example), I'll take that as a solution too, but I haven't find any way of achieving this.

RomRider, any chance this may still happen, or is it too different to all the other charting options?

@RomRider is this still something that you might consider for the future?

parautenbach avatar Oct 21 '21 04:10 parautenbach

Yes, but at the moment, I just don't have time

RomRider avatar Oct 21 '21 05:10 RomRider

Thanks @RomRider! I just wanted to check, because I don't want to be annoying by keeping this issue open if it's not realistic.

Keeping open...

The stock history-graph card properly shows unavailable values. I would be happy to replace it with apexcharts-card if this issue is resolved: https://github.com/RomRider/apexcharts-card/issues/236
