Go to head of file

I would like to be able to go to the head of the file. The Home button does not seem to work which would have been nice. Perhaps also a tool button. This goes for Go to tail as well.

@mgnslndh I have almost finished the persistence of layout and when I have my next big task is to sort out keyboard navigation which should sort out the home / end keys

I think the idea of a head and tail button has merit. When I can think of a good way to present it I will do it.

Perhaps an idea would be to support Ctrl+Home / Ctrl+End to go to Begining/End of file. this would be the same keys as most other text editors.
