Have option to highlight entire line vs just filter/search text

Same issue,

Or just allows to set something like .*ERROR.*

Because multiple filters like .*SOMETHING.* create strange results...

If I set 2 items:

- ^.*ERROR.*$ => RED
- ^.*TRACE.*$ => GREY

The last line works (Here TRACE) but not others...
