Stopped working dialog on Windows 8 Enterprise Edition

Thanks for the best looking tail tool on Windows yet! Excellent work getting Material to Windows.

I tried starting the executable in TailBlazer_v0.8.0.464.zip on Windows 8 Enterprise Edition. It doesn't start and shows a Windows dialog informing me the application has stopped working. It runs properly on both Windows 7 and 10.
