How can i enable to seeing clan tag in the global or local chat? I use Essentialschat

I recommend you to use a PlaceholderAPI compatible plug-in like Chatty. Or if you really want EssentialsChat, install the ChatInjector plug-in.

Set the radius in EssentialsX config. After it, add %simpleclans_tag_label% to format (if it doesn't work, try {simpleclans_tag_label} and restart the server.

It's definitely another plug-in causing it. PlaceholderAPI doesn't handle mob hits at all.

i setup PlaceholderAPI, but cant see tags. it looks like text {simpleclans_tag_label}. not clan tag

Also run /plugins and check if all plugins are green.

Да, тебя не понимают. Если тебе надо отключить автоматическое форматирование чата SimpleClans'ом: /plugins/SimpleClans/config.yml

проверял. только толку от этого ноль. формат чата меняется, кстати, всё равно. но теперь, правда, название клана не показывается вообще
