Incorrect processing of <b> tag

Is the code on github the most recent copy? Here are my two input strings -

  1. "By virtue of an agreement between xxx and the yyy schools, ..."
  2. "By virtue of an agreement between xxx and the yyy schools, ..."

The result I get is "By virtue of an agreement between xxx and the yyy schools, ..."

Any suggestions?
