Accents are shown as both removed and inserted on diff

If in the compared HTML I have accented characters like "é". They will always be shown as both deleted and inserted in the diff. Even if there are no changes at all in the HTML.

Same goes for the “ character.

Edit: Nevermind, they are shown the same but one is escaped and the other isn't. Edit 2: Still, if we are diffing content, a character encoded or not shouldn't be shown as a change.
