Html tag is appearing in output file(where HTML tag is attached with Modified content)

Issue: Project failed to preview the except output. observe the following scenario:

Base file content html code:
Abc

Modified file content html code : abc

Output:

Abc10pt">abc

10pt"> should be not there.

This appear every place where Modified text is attached with tags.

Not able to see words modified. e.g. old word is Develop new word is Devolop

Here, the diff should have been change of character from e to o in yellow color rather than showing entire word deleted and then added. Anybody can suggest fix for it?
