I made a change to rpos today that made it run with Node 10, so no need to downgrade to Node 8. I
I've not seen the Mozilla ONVIF add-on before so don't know anything about it. I'll have to take a look at it and see what it does.

The gstreamer work is RTSP Server option 3. It was contributed by another developer and I have had it working. I recall there were lots of dependencies.
