hid_keyboard.txt is only pressing ctrl, alt and win key repeatly

I just installed P4wnP1 and went on straight changing the language code and nothing else. But when i enabled the hid_keyboard.txt payload in setup.cfg and stick it into a win10 pc, it just presses ctrl + alt + win, which results in opening microsoft office.

Other payloads are also not working.

What went wrong ?
