Description

--DRAFT-- Addition of basic GUI tests. Currently just have tests which ensure that the example files load properly (no errors) . Meant to be run with pyttest.

@irahorecka @singjc Likely more tests are needed for the GUI however I am not sure the best way to go about it since it seems like all the buttons are hidden in the classes.
