Comments duplicate when entering-and-exiting a node group

Issue description: When a comment box exists in the node editor, entering-and-exiting any node group will reveal that the comment box has been duplicated (with the same size and position as the original comment). The duplicate comment boxes can be dragged away from each other, but sometimes start affecting random nodes they contained/shared. Sometimes the comment boxes cannot be deleted. Sometimes the duplications ends up crashing the application.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a comment.
2. Create a node group containing any set of nodes. At this point, the comment box may be inappropriately visible and editable from withing the node group editor.
3. Enter-and-exit the nodes, then drag the comment box to see if it is being duplicated.
