New SDF Nodes

Hi,

I had ported a bunch of new SDF nodes (basically the remaining ones from Inigo Quilez 2D SDFs) quite a while ago to material maker and then sorta forgot about it... For the most part everything here is finished apart from docs and I believe thumbs because I didn't know where to put them. In total this pr adds 18 new SDFs minus some that might have already been half implemented. The full list is:

  • Cut disk
  • Equilateral triangle
  • Heart
  • Hexagram
  • Isosceles triangle
  • Moon
  • Parallelogram
  • Pie
  • Rounded box
  • Rounded cross
  • Rounded X
  • Star
  • Star 5
  • Trapezoid
  • Triangle
  • Uneven capsule
  • Versica

Unfortunately I don't really have the time (or nerves) right now to do all the docs and stuff like that, but also didn't want to just leave it unused on my PC. I'd rather have it here so at least people don't do all the work over needlessly, or if someone is willing to finish up the remaining chores.
