Preview2D (2) only displays checkers map since program crashed

Issue description: When I tried to save my first material for the first time, the program crashed when I clicked the "folder back" button. The material was recovered after the restart and could be properly saved. However, since that event, the Preview2D (2) only shows the checker map. I tried a new material, restarting the software, redownloading, and performing multiple reinstalls. The issue persists. The regular Preview2D is not affected, but the outcome of the material can only be viewed in 3D.
