Update certificates from cURL

These are the root certs from cURL. Fixed my errors with downloads, fixes #5

I didn't update this addon fo long, and it seems certificates are now included in Godot. So I guess it is possible to remove the certificate completely and fix the sll/certificates options in the projects parameters.
