Extra secret for setting up initial user

We need to setup the initial admin. Is it possible to add the necessary env vars in an extra secret? We tried adding these in the existing mongodbsecret but the vars related to admin are not injected to pod.

  • Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 6.5.3
  • Operating System: Linux
  • Deployment Method: kubernetes
  • Number of Running Instances: 1
  • DB Replicaset Oplog: 1
  • NodeJS Version: 14.21.3
  • MongoDB Version: 6.0.14
