Enhancement:Improve "Jump to Message" Usability

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, the "Jump to Message" icon is not conveniently located, making it difficult to quickly access messages. Additionally, when clicking "Jump to Message," it redirects to the message at the time it was posted. However, if I click the message again, it jumps to the message and opens the thread as well, which is an inconsistent experience.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Instead of requiring a click on the "Jump to Message" icon, allow clicking anywhere within the message block to trigger the jump.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Keeping the current system but making the "Jump to Message" icon more visible.
