Feature Request: Add Quick Regex Search Toggler for Message Search

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, enabling regex-based search requires navigating to the settings menu: Settings -> Admin UI -> Message -> Always Search Using RegExp, and saving changes. This process is cumbersome and not user-friendly for those who frequently switch between standard and regex-based searches. Additionally, it slows down the process of choosing a specific type of search for one-off use cases.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Introduce a Regexp Search Toggler in the search bar UI to quickly enable or disable regex-based message searches on the fly. This toggle would allow users to perform regex-based searches without modifying global settings.
