Introduce URL shortening for long URLs.

Description:

I would like to propose the idea of implementing a logic to shorten lengthy URLs in messages so the appearance becomes a bit more concise.

Expected behavior:

suppose a URL looks like : https://calendar.google.com/calendar/event?action=TEMPLATE&tmeid=MnZxcjZrN3NmZnZkY3BxMmJldHAzOThkZDlfMjAyMzEwMDhUMTIzMDAwWiBjX2Y5M2E4MjY2YmFjZGEyYTAyODU3Y2IxMzViNTYzOTVmNDIzYzRkODU1YWFkYmZhZjNjMTM5NzI4NDUxOGIyZTVAZw&tmsrc=c_f93a8266bacda2a02857cb135b56395f423c4d855aadbfaf3c1397284518b2e5%40group.calendar.google.com&scp=ALL

Instead of this we could just have it looking like https://calendar.google.com/.... and the tooltip component would display the full URL.
