File upload popup shouldn't close when clicking outside of it

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. If I have a file explorer opened right in the middle of the screen and I drag&drop a file to upload I can only successfully do so after moving the file explorer out of the way instead of just clicking on the browser to focus the tab.

Describe the solution you'd like Just don't close the upload file popup when clicking outside its border

Describe alternatives you've considered Another solution would be to have files appear down in the chatbox (similar to how Discord handles it). Much easier to add multiple files that way.
