Rocket.Chat [Feature] Embed Link Previews by channel

Turning on and off "Embed Link Previews" by channel/room configuration would be nice. We post different RSS feeds to channels and on some channels a link preview is a kind of overhead.

@Sing-Li I will love to submit a PR to add this feature.

After reading the issue description by @localguru I understand that this feature when implemented should provide a settings feature in channels to enable (on) or disable(off) link previews when links are posted to the channel.

Please if i'm wrong @localguru I'd appreciate some clarity

As we can see in the latest version of rocket chat there is already a option to collapse the link preview, so I think, this issue is solved.

I think it is solved for ALL link previews here

admin/settings/Message, Embed Link Previews

But not for 'per channel' as far as I can see in 7.6.x
