Messages via push notifications on iOS disappear in the RocketChat app forever

Description:

Messages received via push notification (iOS) are not shown in the app. They appear when users connect via the browser.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Receive a push notification on iOS
2. Tap on it
3. RocketChat opens and the message is not there
4. Restart RocketChat on iOS -> message still not there
5. Open a browser, login into RocketChat and the message is there

Expected behavior:

Messages should not disappear.

Actual behavior:

Messages disappear forever.

Server Setup Information:

• Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 7.5.1 (happened on 6.x too, we thought upgrading might help)
• License Type: community
• Number of Users: ~400
• Operating System: Debian
• Deployment Method: Docker
• Number of Running Instances: 1
• DB Replicaset Oplog:
• NodeJS Version: v22.13.1
• MongoDB Version: 6.0.13 / wiredTiger (oplog Enabled)

Btw. the issue is still there and tons of users are complaining. Lost messages everywhere.
