Set Default Avatar in Account Profile Form is always enabled

Description:

Set Default Avatar option in Account → Profile form is always enabled even when avatar is set to Default already.

Expected Behaviour: When avatar is set to default then ‘Set Default Avatar’ should be disabled.

Actual: The option is enabled.
