I'm not able to register a workspace. I'm creating new workspace because I was not able to migrate from mongo 5 to mongo 6... and I've lost all my team messages...
On the network tab I saw that:
But how can I deregister my email? The (official, paid) support is not supporting and the workspace does not exist anymore...

This not a bug. It is a support issue. Usually [email protected] will help you but they won't respond immediately - paying clients will come first.

@rrakso can you try to register using your email in all lower case?
(It is possible that in one particular validation pipeline for reuse a case might have mistakenly seen as a distinction between the provided email and an existing account with that email)
