Not responsive for some of the devices

Description: The Rocket.Chat application is not responsive for some devices, could lead to usability issues.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the Rocket.Chat home page.
2. Open the browser's developer tools (usually by right-clicking on the page and selecting "Inspect"). In the developer tools, find and click on the "Toggle Device Toolbar" icon (usually represented as a phone or tablet icon). Select different devices from the dropdown menu to simulate responsiveness (e.g., iPhone, iPad, Galaxy S5, etc.). Check if the Rocket.Chat interface is responsive on each selected device.

Expected behavior:

1. The Rocket.Chat interface should adapt and be responsive on various devices.
2. Elements on the page should be properly rearranged and resized for optimal viewing.
3. Navigation menus and buttons should be easily accessible and usable on both desktop and mobile devices.
4. Text and images should scale appropriately to ensure readability across different screen sizes.
5. The user interface should provide a seamless and user-friendly experience regardless of the device being used.
