Ability to disable downloading new versions

Hello!

I'm wish atwork disable auto downloading new version client Rocket Chat [now i use rocketchat-3.9.13-win.exe]

in Help->About

I turn Off option: check updates on startup [ ]

But i see what anyway rocketchat download new version [installer.exe] to %LOCALAPPDATA%\ROCKETCHAT-UPDATER\

I want ability to disable downloading new versions, but how???
