No warning for invalid Phone Number

There is no warning shown when you add character in Phone Number while adding a New Contact in Omnichannel Contact Center.

Description:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Omnichannel Contact-Center
2. Click on New Contact
3. Try to add Character in Phone Number

Expected behavior:

It should show Invalid Phone Number

Actual behavior:

It Just Save it without showing Invalid Phone Number
