This is a follow up for #9180 with fixes proposed by the reviewer.

The PR adds action Forward to the message menu which opens forwarding dialog. There you can select target channels to forward message to.

@thiagosanchz This PR appears to be pending a UI/Ux approval / review since August. Is it possible to fast-track this?

Core devs seem to have vetted the code. The contributor ( @cmrd-senya thx!) has been patiently updating through our UI code change(s) since June. Thanks.

Is there anything I can do to get this PR reviewed and merged faster?

There is functionality currently to select multiple messages and send them in an email. Could you implement selecting multiple messages to forward? Often times I might want to forward 4-5 messages that were part of a conversation to another user or channel. Copy and pasting messages is really bad currently, so forwarding would be awesome.

@wreiske, yeah, this is something I was going to work on further, in the next iteration. I don't think I should add these changes in the present pull request, because the bigger pull request is the more efforts it requires to review and merge. I'm waiting for this to get merged and after this is done, I'm going to start working on multiple message selection.
