auto changing theme to match iOS 13 dark/light mode

Hi, it would be nice to have Rocket Chat iOS app to match system wide dark mod auto toggle at sunset and sunrise. It can be done with an option "use device settings" in theme's option page.

How Twitter iOS app did it's a good example: 2019-10-16 14-18-23-1
