[BUG] Permissions: Not able to create rooms or send direct messages

  • Your Rocket.Chat app version: 3.5.0 (257)
  • Your Rocket.Chat server version: 1.2.3
  • Device (or Simulator) you're running with: iPhone Xr

I am not able to create rooms and get an error message that I do not have the required permission. I'm the administrator, though. I was not able to reproduce the problem in the browser or the experimental app.
