Global search is missing

Description:

other than #2289 this time there is no global search, dispite being activated in the workspace and usable in the browser, the App doesnt allow to search globally

Environment Information:

• Rocket.Chat Server Version: 6,9,0
• Rocket.Chat App Version: 4,49,2,6148
• Device Name: axlotl (Shift mq6 on lineage without google)
• OS Version: 14 (21)

Steps to reproduce:

1. go into channel
2. click on the magnifier search icon

Expected behavior:

see a toggle for global search

Actual behavior:

only local search
