Create Direct Message Not Allowed - Message Is Not Showing

Description:

When attempting to create a direct message, it does not emit the message when direct message creation is not allowed.

Environment Information:

• Rocket.Chat Server Version: 6.5.0
• Rocket.Chat App Version: 4.47.0
• Device Name: Redmi note 5 pro
• OS Version: Android

Steps to reproduce:

1.Go to channels or teams. 2.Click on "Members." 3.Click on any member. 4.Click on "Direct Message."
