Cache copy

We should cache a copy like we do with cordova.

Hey @geekgonecrazy what exactly is cache a copy? Is this interesting yet nowadays? Or I can close the issue?

Cordova (the original mobile app) we cached a copy of all web assets so that loading was instant and even if offline things could be displayed and the web app it's self could handle offline state.

Does still seem like some sort of cache should happen. It's always weird to me when it can't reach the server and everything is just blank
