Describe the bug

Clicking on a link present in the "Topic" section of any Team or Channel does nothing.

How to Reproduce

1. Go to a Team or Channel.
2. Edit your Team/Channel.
3. Add a markdown style link in your Team/Channel's Topic section and save the edits.
4. Click on the link added.

Describe your Expected behavior

The app should open the link in the corresponding application. If the link points to a Rocket.Chat team or a channel, then it should open the corresponding Team/Channel.
