fix: Added missing translations for various languages: Arabian, German, Finnish, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Ukrainian

Closes #2836

It was noted that the app was missing the translation files for the following languages:

  • [x] Arabian (ar)
  • [x] German (de-DE)
  • [x] Finnish (fi)
  • [x] Polish (pl)
  • [x] Portuguese (Brazil) (pt-BR)
  • [ ] Ukrainian (uk-UA)

I have used various tools (mostly AI based) and some of my own sense to update these. For cross validation, I have tried putting each key in google translation and found things to be great.

@preeesha afaik the translations are handled through https://translate.lingohub.com/rocketchat/dashboard/rocket-dot-chat-dot-electron
