fix: Added missing translations for various languages: Italian, Chinese, Chinese simplified, Chinese (Traditional)

Closes #2834

It was noted that the app was missing the translation files for the following languages:

• [x] Italian (it-IT)
• [x] Chinese (zh)
• [x] Chinese (Simplified) (zh-CN)
• [x] Chinese (Traditional) (zh-TW)

I have used various tools (mostly AI based) and some of my own sense to update these. For cross validation, I have tried putting each key in google translation and found things to be great.
