fix: Added various missing translations: French, Japanese, Russian, Turkish

Closes #2832

It was noted that the app was missing the translation files for the following languages:

• [x] French (fr)
• [x] Japanese (ja)
• [x] Russian (ru)
• [x] Turkish (tr)

I have used various tools (mostly AI based) and some of my own sense to update these. For cross validation, I have tried putting each key in google translation and found things to be great.
